Frequently asked questions

Answers about PostJe: the networks it publishes to, pricing in ringgit, approvals, AI captions, the API and refunds.

Which networks can PostJe publish to?

Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads profiles. Connect them once with Meta and Threads, then pick any combination for each post.

Do I need a credit card for the free trial?

No. Sign up, connect your pages and publish your first post. Choose a plan in billing when you are ready.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Any payment, including renewals, can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of being charged. After that you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the period ends.

How do AI tools send posts?

On plans with API access, PostJe issues your company an API key. Give it to ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier or your own code. Posts sent through the API always wait for approval.

Which AI model rewrites my captions?

PostJe picks and looks after the AI model for you, so captions stay fast and consistent. There is nothing to set up: each plan includes a monthly number of AI rewrites.

Can an agency manage several brands?

Yes. One login can belong to many companies. Each company has its own pages, team, roles, plan and audit log, and you switch between them from the top bar.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

PostJe reports results per network. If a connection has expired or a network rejects the post, you see the reason, fix it and retry, while the networks that succeeded stay live.

How do I schedule Threads posts in Malaysia?

Connect your Threads profile to PostJe, write the post, and pick the date and time. PostJe publishes it at that minute in your company's time zone, and the same post can go to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts too.

How much does PostJe cost?

Plans are priced in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and billed monthly or yearly, and every plan starts with a free trial. The pricing page lists each plan's price and limits.

Can my team approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Editors draft and approvers approve, so nothing is published without a yes. Every approval, edit and sign-in is recorded in the audit log.

Is PostJe available in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese?

Yes. PostJe works in English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese, and the AI can write and rewrite captions in any of the three.
