1. The service
PostJe lets businesses draft, approve, schedule and publish posts to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads profiles, rewrite captions with AI, and send posts from other tools through an API. Features depend on your plan.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Each person uses their own login.
- The company owner controls the workspace: who is invited, their roles, connected accounts, billing and data.
- Keep passwords and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys, so tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- Plans are priced in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Plan & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials last for the number of days shown on the plan. Without a paid plan, publishing pauses when the trial ends, but your data is kept.
- Plan limits (accounts, posts, AI rewrites, team members) apply per company per month.
- If a payment fails, we may pause publishing until it is resolved.
- Refunds: any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of being charged. See the Refund policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your content
- You own your content. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide PostJe to you.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or publish, including images, music, trademarks and anything written by AI tools you use.
- You are responsible for what your company approves and publishes. Approval in PostJe is your team's decision, not ours.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use PostJe to:
- publish spam, scams, misleading claims, hate speech, or anything illegal in Malaysia or where it is published;
- break the terms, community standards or platform policies of Meta, Instagram or Threads;
- connect accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- probe, overload or interfere with PostJe, or get around plan limits or API rate limits;
- resell or share access to PostJe without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or the risk of harm prevents it.
6. Social networks and AI
- Publishing depends on Meta and Threads. They can change their APIs, limits or rules, reject posts, or expire connections, and these are outside our control. PostJe shows the result for each network so you can fix and retry.
- AI rewrites are suggestions. Check them before you use them; AI can be wrong or produce text that needs editing.
7. API keys
On plans with API access, we issue API keys to your company on request. Posts sent through the API always wait for approval in PostJe. We may revoke a key that is misused or exposed, and will tell you when we do.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep PostJe available and publishing on time, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we will try to give notice of planned downtime.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using PostJe and cancel your plan at any time.
- We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law.
- After your account closes, we handle your data as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Liability
PostJe is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or reputational harm, or for posts that fail or are delayed because of the social networks. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For meaningful changes we will give company owners at least 30 days' notice by email or in PostJe. Continuing to use PostJe after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
